A member will pay for all other tournaments only if he/she intends to enter those tournaments.

2.   A member will be responsible for paying the entry fee of any tournament for which he states his intention to fish. There will be no refunds for a member who voluntarily fails to fish a tournament that he has entered.

The fine will be collected by the club and paid to the cancelling member's partner to cover tournament expenses.
